摘要
青少年运动员中长跑大运动量训练后,增加了负荷,并加深加重了机体的疲劳。本文是以文献资料为基础,结合教学训练中的实际情况,分析了中长跑训练后肌肉疲劳和神经系统疲劳两大主要因素并对其恢复的手段及措施进行了探讨。
