摘要
目的:比较研究小柴胡汤及其加减方体外抗菌作用。方法:运用琼脂扩散法、试管稀释法测定并综合分析小柴胡汤及其加减方对乙型溶血性链球菌、嗜血流感杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌的抑菌环和最低抑菌浓度(M IC)。结果:小柴胡汤对乙型溶血性链球菌、嗜血流感杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌的抑菌环直径依次为(12.05±0.23)mm、(14.25±0.23)mm,(13.20±0.31)mm、(10.20±0.35)mm、(12.01±0.46)mm。小柴胡汤加减方对上述5种菌的抑菌环直径依次为(18.25±0.21)mm、(17.48±0.13)mm、(19.23±0.34)mm、(11.34±0.61)mm、(13.38±0.51)mm;小柴胡汤对上述5种菌的M IC依次为200.00mg/m l、100.00mg/m l、100.00mg/m l、100.00mg/m l、250.00mg/m l、200.00mg/m l;小柴胡汤加减方对上述5种菌的M IC依次为100.00mg/m l、50.00mg/m l、50.00mg/m l、200.00mg/m l、100.00mg/m l。结论:小柴胡汤加减方体外对乙型溶血性链球菌、嗜血流感杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌作用优于小柴胡汤原方。
Objective: To investigate the Inhibitory effects of Xiaochaihu Dectoction (XCHHD) and it's supplemented formule on bacterium. Methods : The agar diffusion test and tube broth method were used to examine the antibacteral effects of XCHHD and it's supplemented formule on β- hemolytic streptococcus , S. Pneumoniae, S. aureus, P. aeruginosa and E. coli. Results : The inhibition circle of XCHHD to pathogens above were( 12.05 ± 0.23 ) mm, ( 14.25 ± 0.23 ) mm, ( 13.20 ± 0.31 ) mm, ( 10.20 ±0.35 ) mm, ( 12.01 ± 0.46 ) mm respectively ;The inhibition circle of the supplemented formule of XCHHD to pathogens above were ( 18.25 ± 0.21 ) mm, ( 17.48 20.13 )mm,( 19.2 ± 20.34) mm,( 11.34±0.61 ) mm, ( 13.38 ±0.51 ) mm respectively. The minimal inhibition concention (MIC) of XCHHD to pathogens above were 200.00mg/ml, 100.00mg/ml, 100.00mg/ml, 100.00mg/m1,250. 00mg/ml, 200.00mg/ ml respectively . MIC of the supplemented formule of XCHHD to pathogens above were 100.00mg/ml,50.00mg/ml,50.00mg/ml,200. 00mg/ml, 100.00mg/ml o Conclusions: The supplemented formule of XCHHD had stronger antibacterial effects.
