摘要
基于以往的理论研究,对核心竞争力的内涵进行了归纳整理,提出了核心竞争力的资源观、能力观、知识观、系统观和文化观.在此基础上探讨了核心竞争力的构成,认为核心竞争力分为核心产品、核心能力、核心资源三个层面,进而构建了核心竞争力的评价体系,为企业识别、评价和构筑核心竞争力提供科学依据.
The properties and working mechanism of the scouring bleaching agent GP was presented and its use amount in scouring/bleaching of soybean protein fiber/linen blended fabric and scouring temperature and time were probed. Such fabrics had good capillary effect and whiteness. Less weight loss and levelled dyeing when soured and bleached with GP at amount of 1~3g/L at 95℃ for 40 min~60 min. The problems happening in souring and bleaching were also analyzedto find out the causes and countermeasures.
