摘要 针对民营企业内部普遍缺乏科学的绩效评价机制,从而造成了对职业经理人引入和使用的诸多问题,研究民营企业经营层职业经理人绩效考核体系.以平衡计分法的原理为出发点,运用了德尔菲法和综合指数评价法构建了由财务指标和非财务指标相结合的民营企业经营层职业经理人绩效考核的一般体系,并探讨具体的操作方法. On the fact that an evaluation mechanism of achievement is inefficient in private enterprises,which brings about many problems in the employment of professional executives, an examination of the characteristics of private enterprises and ways of evaluation mechanism of achievement is desired. The problems are studied based on the bal- ance scoring principle,in which Delphi and the composite index for evaluation are mainly used to construct a system of evaluation mechanism of achievement and efficiency of the professional executives in private enterprises with both financial and non-financial index being considered. Some suggestions of the way to employ the system are also given.
