摘要
由于人类免疫缺陷病毒和丙型肝炎病毒有相同的传染途径,在母婴垂直感染中存在着相同因素,也存在着不同因素,共同感染在垂直传播中是常见现象,也产生相互影响。为了更好地预防和控制两病毒引起的疾病,揭示其机制。该文将近几年的研究进展,从母体因素、分娩因素、婴儿喂养方式和宫内感染方面以及人类免疫缺陷病毒和丙型肝炎病毒共同感染对母婴垂直传播的影响作以综述。
Because HIV and HCV have the same infection approaches, the same and different factors influencing their vertical transmission from mother to child exist. Coinfection of the two viruses is a constant phenomena and poses mutual influences. In order to prevent and control diseases caused by these two viruses and to explore their pathogenesis, in this paper, we summarized the relating researches on influence of maternal factor, delivery factor, feeding mode, intrauterine infection on vertical transmission from mother to child of coinfection of HIV and HCV.
