摘要
目的研究槲皮素磷脂复合物的理化性质。方法用溶剂法制备槲皮素磷脂复合物,测定其在水与氯仿中的溶解度,以红外光谱扫描研究两者分子可能的结合基团,以X-射线衍射研究槲皮素在磷脂中的存在状态。结果与槲皮素及相应的混合物相比,复合物中的槲皮素在水与氯仿中溶解度均显著增大。红外光谱显示槲皮素分子中的羟基可能与磷脂分子中的磷氧基团相作用形成复合物,X-射线衍射表明在复合物中槲皮素由于磷脂的作用以无定形态存在。结论槲皮素与磷脂形成复合物后,其理化性质发生明显变化,可增大槲皮素的口服吸收。
Purpose To study the physico-chemical properties of quercetin-phospholipid complex. Methods The complex was prepared through the way of solvent evaporation, and in water or chloroform the solubility of quercetin in complex was determined. The interacted group between quercetin and phospholipid molecule was conjectured through IR spectra. And the physical state of quercetin in phospholipid was investigated by X-ray diffraction. Results Compared with quercetin and physical mixture, the solubility of quercetin from complex had a significant increase in water or chloroform. IR spectra showed that the complex could be formed through the interaction between the hydroxyl group in quercetin molecule and the phosphorus-oxygen groups in phospholipid molecule, and X-ray powder diffraction analysis showed that quercetin was in an amorphous form because of the effect of phospholipid. Conclusion The physico-chemical properties of quercetin was obviously changed after it formed into complex with phospholipid. The oral absorbability of quercetin might be enhanced.
