摘要
目的:建立冬凌草胶囊中熊果酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用薄层扫描法进行测定。结果:熊果酸在0.612μg～3.060μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,R=0.9994,平均回收率为97.73%,RSD值为1.23%。结论:此方法简单,结果准确,重现性好,稳定可靠,可作为冬凌草胶囊质量评价的指标。
Objective： To develope a method of determination of the content of Ursolic Acid in Rabdosia rubescens Capsule. Methods： To determinate the content by TLCS. Results： The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.612 μg～3. 060μg. The rate of recovery was 97.73 % and RSD was 1.23 %. Conclusion： This method is simple, accurate, repeated, and therefore can be applied to quality of Rabdosia rubescens Capsule.
