包膜缓释氮肥的制造工艺及氮素释放速率研究

摘要 利用可降解的高分子多聚物(热固性树脂)及无机钙盐作为主、副包膜材料,采用粘涂成膜工艺研制出了控释性较好的包膜氮肥系列品种CU1,CU2,CU3。其25℃恒温条件下在水中氮素释放总量达80%时需要的时间分别约为10,20,30 d;在模拟旱地土壤25℃恒温培养条件下,释放氮素总量的80%所需的时间分别约为15,30,45 d。各种包膜尿素的氮素累计溶出率(CNR)与溶出时间(D)之间可用一元二次曲线拟合。 Three kinds of coated urea (CUs: CU1, CU2, CU3) were made from normal granular urea by coating with organic polymer and inorganic calcium salts layers in different thickness. The nitrogen release rate of CUs in water and simulated dryland soil were determined in the laboratory under 25℃. The results showed that all the coated urea were slow-release fertilizers. The thicker the layer was, the slower its nutrient release. In water, the required times of releasing 80% N from CU1, CU2 and CU3 were 10, 20, 30 d, respectively. In simulated dryland soil, the required times of releasing 80% N from CU1, CU2 and CU3 were 15, 30,45 d, respectively. The relation between release rate of CUs and release time could be imitated by quadratic equations.
