摘要
目的评价调节集合功能代替式近用眼镜控制中小学生近视的实用效果。方法实验组353人,在普通戴镜基础上读写视近时换戴调节集合功能代替式近用眼镜;对照组336人,只戴普通近视镜。观察二组1年后的屈光度变化,调查戴该近用镜的舒适情况。结果1年后的屈光度变化:实验组近视平均加深0.47(s=0.24)m-1,对照组近视平均加深0.83(s=0.25)m-1。前者比后者近视加深度数明显减小,差异有极显著意义(P<0.01)。二组屈光度变化的差异也较大。实验组近视加深的学生集中在≤0.25m-1和0.50m-1,而对照组则集中在0.75m-1和≥1.00m-1,表明实验组学生的近视加深程度有所控制。戴调节集合功能代替式近用眼镜的舒适率为92.4%,且对眼位、隐斜度、眼球运动均无不良影响。结论青少年学生在视近读写时戴调节集合功能代替式近用眼镜可明显减缓近视的加深,而且戴镜舒适、轻松,对眼睛发育无不良影响。
Objective To observe the effect of a new type of glasses on adolescent myopia, Methods Three hundred and fifty-three adolescents were assigned to the experimental group. They wore the glasses when seeing near objects otherwise near-vision glasses were applied for normal distance visual acuity. Three hundred and thirty - three adolescents who only wore normal near-vision glasses were acted as the control group. Changes in diopter between the experimental group and control group were investigated after one year. Results The mean increased diopter values in the experimental group and control group were 0.47 （ s = 0.24） m^-1 and 0.83 （ s = 0.25） m^-1, respectively. The progression of myopia in the experimental group significantly slowed down compared with those in the control group （P〈 0.01）. The rate of comfort was 92.4 % in the experimental group. Conclusions Conclusions This new type of glasses has an advantage of preventing the progression of myopia in adolescents.
