摘要 目的研究泌乳素(PRL)对T淋巴细胞IL-2R和LFA-1表达的影响。方法PRL与溴隐停(BRC)分别和联合刺激培养的T淋巴细胞,利用流式细胞术检测刺激前后T淋巴细胞表面细胞因子受体IL-2Rα链(CD25α链)和粘附分子淋巴细胞功能相关抗原-1(LFA-1,CD11)表达的变化情况。结果PRL刺激组、BRC刺激组以及PRL和BRC联合刺激组均可以提高T淋巴细胞表面表达IL-2Rα链和LFA-1,与无刺激对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论PRL可促进T淋巴细胞IL-2R和LFA-1的表达;BRC对于PRL诱导的T淋巴细胞的活化与增殖无抑制作用。 Objective To study effects of PRL (prolactin)on the expression of the IL-2R and LFA-1 of T lymphocytes. Methods The expression of IL-2 receptor alpha chain (IL-2Rαchain, CD25αchain) and adhesive molecules LFA-1 (CD11) on the surface of T lymphocytes, which was stimulated by prolactin and bromocrytine (BRC), respectively or cosimultaneously, were detected by flow cytometry. Results The expression of IL-2R and LFA-1 of T lymphocytes in PRL-stimulated, BRC-stimulated and PRL-BRC-costimulated groups are significantly higher than those in non-stimulated control groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion PRL, as an irnmunoregulator, plays an important regulatory role in functions of T lymphocytes; BRC can't inhibit the PRL-induced activation and proliferation of T lymphocytes in this experiment.
