摘要
设计了由4个调节螺钉和4个弹簧固定和连接固定板与活动板的调节装置,调节螺钉可实现二维微调和一维大距离的调节.使用该装置并通过平面和样品背后的顶丝固定薄膜样品的安装方式,可实现光路转折,完成斜入射光对薄膜样品反射率的测量.
The adjusting device, composed of four bolts and four springs to fix and joint one board, is designed to realize the 2-dimensional adjustment and the long distance 1-dimensional adjustment. As the film sample is fixed on one plane by tighten bolt, this device can realize the deflection of optical path. And the reflectivity of the sample is measured by using oblique incident ray.
