摘要
环境问题已经成为制约水利工程建设的一个重大问题,需要在水利工程中引入环境监理机制,依据小浪底工程和万家寨引黄工程中的环境监理工作,提出了加强当前水利工程中环境监理工作的几点建议,为进一步健全和完善水利工程中的环境监理制度,保护水利工程施工过程中的自然环境提供了有益的借鉴.
The environment problem has become an important factor that affects the water conservancy project. The background of introducing the environment supervision in the water conservancy project is discussed, and some advice about strengthening the environment supervision in view of Xiaolangdi project and Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion project is put forward. It offers useful reference to improving the systems of the environment supervision during the construction of the water conservancy project.
