摘要
本文介绍电池纤维基板的开发应用情况和制备工艺,包括拉拔纤、维基板、电沉积—热分解纤维基板、振动切削纤维基板、复合纤维基板和碳纤维基板。目前大量使用的纤维基板的突出问题在于大孔隙的存在造成活性物质利用率较低。纤维基板的发展方向是高孔隙率、细纤维直径、均匀的孔径分布和低成本。
The development,application and manufacturing technique of fibrous substrates were introduced. This substrates contained the felt constructures made from drawn fibres, electrodeposited-pyrolyzed fibres, metal carbonyl pyrolyzed fibres, composite fibres and carbon fibres. The main problem of the common used fibrous substrates was the presence of large pores and low usage of active materials. The future development orientation would be the high porosity,thin fibre diameter,well-distributed pore size and the lower cost.
