弓形虫微线体蛋白的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 弓形虫入侵宿主细胞是多步骤的过程。首先是虫体识别、黏附宿主细胞,然后虫体穿透入细胞完成入侵过程。当虫体与细胞接触时,微线体蛋白释放到虫体外,一部分微线体蛋白具有与真核细胞黏附分子相似的结构域———黏附区域,通过不同的黏附区域,微线体蛋白发挥其识别、黏附宿主细胞的作用;另一部分微线体蛋白不含黏附区域,但在虫体不同阶段表达量存在差异,可作为诊断抗原来鉴定急性和隐性弓形虫病。该文对已发现的微线体蛋白的基因序列、蛋白结构及特性作一综述。
