介绍一种１５ｋＷ的ＩＧＢＴ交流伺服系统，其中逆变器主电路开关元件采用绝缘栅双极晶体管ＩＧＢＴ。文中叙述了控制系统的组成、工作原理及ＩＧＢＴ的驱动、保护电路。
The authors introduce a 15kW AC serve system, using IGBTs as main switching devices, and also describe the construction and operation principle of the control system, and IGBT drive and protection circuits. The motor current waveforms and dynamic characteristic curve are also given.
