摘要
以工业壳聚糖为原料,先制成一定浓度的壳聚糖准均相溶液,再以浓硫酸-氯磺酸磺化试剂进行磺化,获得了水溶性较好、含硫量较高的磺化壳聚糖,硫含量为0.13%~0.15%,同时确立最佳反应条件为:壳聚糖85.7g/L,4%醋酸溶液20 mL,反应时间1 h,H2SO4:HSO3Cl=1:2,硫酸化/磺化试剂总浓度为42.86%,反应温度为50℃.IR光谱分析表明,该衍生物具有与肝素相似的结构,是一种非常具有潜力的新型类肝素.
The chitosan homogenous-to-be solution were prepared from smashed industry class chitosan, then drop the sulfanating agent of the sulphur and chlorosulfonic acid. It could get good water-soluble and high sulphur containing sulfated chitosan. Its sulphur content is 0.13% -0.15%. The proper reaction condition were that: chitosan is 85.7 g/L, and 4% acetic acid is 20 mL, and the reaction time is 1 h, and the rate of H2SO4:HSO3Cl(V/V) is 1:2, and the concentration of the sulphured and sulfated reagent is 42.86%, and the reaction temperature is 50℃. The results of infrared spectrometry showed that it possesses same structure as heparin does. It maybe furtherly developed into novel heparin-like medicine.
