摘要
按照“石油库设计规范”有关防雷条款,根据石油库储存运输易燃易爆油料的特点,总结“石油库设计规范”实施20年的经验,特别是近几年石油库雷击事故的统计分析,提出了系统综合的防雷方案。
In terms of item about lightning protection in＂Code for Design of Oil Depot＂and the inflammable,explosion feature of the petroleum storage and handling,the comprehensive technique for surge protection is presented here,combining with the 20 years experience in implementing＂Code for Design of Oil Depot＇and especially with statistic analysis of lightning accidents in recent years.
