摘要
“离体蛙心灌流”实验是动物生理学1个重要而又难度较大的实验,其特点是手术操作技能要求高。进行蛙心插管手术时,在动脉圆锥处切口直接将蛙心套管插入心室内,可以大大缩短手术操作时间,明显提高插管成功率。在灌流液中加入适量的抗凝剂,可以避免插管管口被血凝块堵塞,也可以提高实验效果。
The experiment of pouring fluid into fog heart in vitro is an important and difficulty experiment in animal pgysiology,its speciality is that operation calls for skill. While the operation of insertiong pipe into fog heart is conducting,a cut on artery taper is made and fog heart casting pipe is inserted into ventricle directly, which can shorten the operting time and enhance the success efficiency of inserting pipe. The pouring fluid added with anti-coagulant properly may avoid plugging inserting pipe with blood clotting lumps and also may enhance experiment effect.
