摘要
益生菌在维护健康和预防疾病方面起着重要作用,它们被广泛应用于食品和医药等领域。近30年来,人们对益生菌的特性、分类、分布与营养等方面的研究很多,特别是益生菌在抗肿瘤方面的作用引起了国内外学者的广泛关注。然而,此作用的分子机制较复杂。近几年来,随着分子生物学技术的迅速发展,益生菌抗肿瘤分子作用机制的研究成为当今研究的热点,并取得了一定的成果。本文目的在于对益生菌及其抗肿瘤作用的分子机制进行研究。
Probiotics are perceived as being beneficial to support human health and prevent disease, they have been widely applied in food and medicine industry. During the last three decades, the researches on property, classification, distribution and nutrition ofprobiotics have been studied. Extensively, their antitumor function has attracted attention of national and international scholars. However, the molecular mechanism of this function is very complicated. In recent years, with the development of the molecular biology, the research of probiotics' antitumor function has been focused on their molecular mechanism and acquired some success. The aim of this paper is to review probiotics and their relevant molecular mechanism in antitumor effect.
