摘要
介绍了贵溪冶炼厂硫酸一系列全玻璃钢制填料塔的技术改造,换用管式与槽式结合的分酸装置,分酸点密度为27.3点/m2;塔内增设支撑圈、加强圈,加厚塔壁对塔体进行加固。改造后,填料塔运行情况良好。
Technical transformation of packed scrubbing tower made of FRP in Guixi Smelter＇s No. 1 sulphuric acid system is introduced. Trough and tube type acid distributor was used with distribution point density of 27.3 points/m^2. Supporting and reinforcement tings were added in tower and the shell was thickened to reinforce the tower body. The packed tower operated well after transformation.
