摘要
采用纳滤膜技术对某钢厂的循环水进行纯化处理,水质和离子色谱分析结果表明,膜技术比现有的离子交换法对碱性离子和氯离子的去除效果要好;用扫描电镜和能谱分析还发现,循环水对纳滤膜通量的影响不是很明显,证明膜污染现象并不严重,并确认该钢厂水中的主要污染元素为钙、镁、氯和钠,其中过高浓度氯离子的存在是对现有设备产生腐蚀的主要原因。
Nanofiltration(NF) is employed to purify the recycle water from a steel plant. The treated water quality is analyzed by chemical method and ion chromatography spectrum. The results show that the separation efficiency by NF is better than that by ion - exchange resin used now, The experimental results also show that the flux decline in NF is not oby,i,ous, Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy spectrum analysis can confirm this observation. Moreover, the water quality indicates that the recycle water from the steel plant mainly contains Ca, Mg,Cl,Na. The equipment corrosion in this steel plant may result from the high concentration Cl^- in the recycle water system.
