苦豆子生物碱抑菌抗炎作用研究 被引量:39

摘要 将苦豆子生物碱配制成不同的浓度,通过试管法测定其最小抑菌浓度;以小鼠为实验动物,选用0.3 mL不同浓度(0.5,1.0,1.5 mg/mL)的苦豆子生物碱注射剂研究苦豆子生物碱的抗炎作用。结果表明,苦豆子生物碱对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、鼠伤寒沙门菌、无乳链球菌、多杀性巴氏杆菌均有一定的抑制作用。1.0 mg/mL浓度对二甲苯所致小鼠耳壳肿胀、小鼠棉球肉芽肿及小鼠CMC囊中的白细胞游出均有极显著的抑制作用(P<0.01),对二甲苯所致小鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性增高有显著抑制作用(P<0.05);1.5 mg/mL浓度对上述4个实验的小鼠均有极显著抑制作用(P<0.01)。苦豆子生物碱具有抑菌作用,其注射剂具有抗炎作用,作用与浓度呈正相关性。 Inhibiting effects of injectio alkaloid of Sophora alopecuraides L. to E. coli , S. typhirnuriurn , P. multocida , S. agalatiae and Sta. aureus were observed by in vitro antihiosis test. The results showed that it had certain inhibiting function on these five bacteria. The anti-inflammafory effect of injectio alkaloid of Sophora alopecuraides L. was studied by the dose of 0.3 mL at different dose (0.5,1.0,1.5 mg/mL) by the model of mice. The results indicated that groups of 1.0 mg/mL dose had significant inhibition to xy- lene-induced ear edema,catton-pellet granuloma and CMC-induced chemotaxis of leucocyte in mice ( P 〈 0.01) ,had significant inhibition to the increase of skin capillary permeability induced by xylene in mice ( P〈0.05). The group of 1.5 mg/mL dose had significant inhibition effect in four former tests( P 〈0.01). These results showed that injectio alkaloid of Sophora alopecuraides L. had significant anti-inflammafory effect and was positively interrelated with the dose.
