摘要
由于可再生能源产业的技术要求高、资本密集度大等特点,资金的投入直接关系到整个产业的发展状况。通过分析认为,我国目前的可再生能源产业投资制度需在现有基础上进一步完善,具体包括加大政府扶持力度、加强银行的支持以及积极发挥BOT、能源基金、股票等市场化方式的融资作用。
Due to such characteristics of renewable energy industry as strict technological and capital requests, the input of the fund concerns the development of the whole industry directly. This paper puts forward that the present investment system of renewable energy industry needs improv.ement, including strengthening government and bank＇s support and giving play to the financing function actively in such market-based ways as BOT, energy fund and stock.
