摘要
随着中国共产党的领导水平和执政能力的不断提高,对参政党也提出了新的更高的要求,即要求参政党适应时代发展,切实加强自身建设,不断提高政治把握能力、不断提高建言献策能力、不断提高合作共事能力、不断提高民主监督能力、不断提高组织协调能力,更好地履行参政党的职能,为中国特色社会主义建设事业发挥更加积极的作用。
With the constant improvement of leading level and administration ability of the Chinese communist party, the new higher requirements for the participating parties are put forward. That is, the participating parties should keep abreast of the times and reinforce their own building so as to constantly improve the ability of understanding politics, the ability of putting forward suggestions, the ability of cooperation and coalition, the ability of democratic supervision, the ability of organization and coordination and implement the functions for participation in state affairs for the sake of playing a more active role in the building of the socialist cause with the Chinese features.
