摘要
本文论述了政治文明与政府的公共关系建设之间的有机联系。政治文明作为人类文明的重要组成部分,是人类社会进步的重要标志。本文阐明政治文明的内在涵义;说明了政府公共关系是实现政治文明的重要手段,政府公共关系大致包括以下三个方面的功能:沟通信息,参谋协调,树立形象;提出要实现政府文明和政府公共关系的建设,不断加强政府公关工作的建议的五点建议。
This paper demonstrates the organic relation between the political progress and the building of public relations of government. As the important part of human civilization, the political progress is the important mark of the human social progress. It points out the inherent connotation of the political progress, demonstrating that the public relations of government is the important means for realizing the political progress. The functions of the public relations of government include the following： conveying information, putting forward proposals for the municipalities directly under the jurisdiction of the central government, setting up good image, advancing the suggestions for the realization of political progress and the building of public relations of government and the reinforcement of the public relations work of government.
