摘要
对添加三种有机减水剂和两种聚磷酸盐减水剂的Al2O3-Cr2O3-ZrO2质浇注料的常温物理性能、热态强度进行了对比,并用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了其显微结构。研究表明:对于加有Al2O3、Cr2O3超细粉,以纯铝酸钙为结合剂的浇注料,有机减水剂更能显著地提高其常温物理性能和高温机械性能,并改善其显微结构。
The physical properties of Al2O3-Cr2O3-ZrO2 castable with two kinds of sodium polyphosphate and three kinds of organic polymolecular water-reducing agents were compeatively investigated.it's microstructure was annalyzed by SEM.The results show that the organic polymolecular water-reducing aunts have more peitive effect than that of the sodiumpolyphosphates on physical properties at room temperture,high temperature mechsllical properties and micrestructure ofthe castable with Al2O3,Cr2O3 ultrafine poWder and AC cement.
