摘要
从控制论角度分析政策对经济产生的自动稳定作用,财政政策和货币政策的协调作用。政府采取积极的财政政策应重在对经济进行结构性调整,不断提高经济效率,既重视GDP等经济指标的增长,更重视提高人民的生活水平,缩小贫富差距,扩大就业,强化生态建设和节约能源,提高控制系统的品质。
This paper uses cybernetics to analyze the automatic stable effect on economy and harmonious effect on financial policy and monetary policy. The government uses positive financial policy by adjusting economic structure such as raising economic efficiency, focusing on the growth of economic efficiency and GDP, focusing on raising living level of people, shortening the gap between the poor and the rich, enlarging employment, consolidating ecological construction and saving energy and raising the quality of control system.
