摘要
立党为公、执政为民是在新的历史条件下,以江泽民同志为核心的中国共产党第三代领导集体对全国人民的郑重承诺。江泽民在就任党的总书记的十三年时间里,时刻情系国家民族和人民群众的根本利益,忠实地履行中国共产党全心全意为人民服务的宗旨,形成了系统的关于团结、依靠人民群众的思想。
Building the Party to serve the people and being in power for the interests of people is the solemn promise of the Third Leadership of Chinese Communist Party led by Jiang Zemin for Chinese people under new historic condition. In thirteen years time of Jiang Zemin in power for General Secretary, he serves the basic interests of people and the nation, implements the purpose of Chinese Communist Party for serving the people with heart and soul and forms his thoughts for uniting and relying on masses.
