摘要
本文从公司立法构架的角度分析我国的公司治理结构,主要涉及产权问题,以及由外部到内部的逻辑联系。界定我国公司治理结构的概念范围,阐述我国公司治理结构的基本现状,并为完善我国公司治理结构提供立法上的新思路。
This essay analyzes the corporate governance of our country from the angel of the corporate governance structural frame, mainly involving the property right, and the logic relation inside out, It defines the concept range of cooperate governance of our country, illustrates the basic present situation of corporate governance, and suggests a new train of thought on legislation to corporate governance.
