The main principle and function of MOA type oil stock analysis spectrograph from BAIRD Company in America were presented. How to monitor the kind of wearing metal and chang of element content in lube oil by MOA were described, thereby we can forecast exactly the breakdown of engine, find out the pollution element and additives loss in lube oil.
