摘要
大革命时期地方党政体制的特色主要体现在三个方面：从政府组织的原则看,实行“间接党治”原则;从制度规定看,实行地方党政相对独立的体制;从实际运行看,地方政府权力高于地方党部权力.
In the Great Revolution period, the systems of local party headquarters and local governments of the Kuomintang had three features. （1）Local governments were indirectly controlled by local party headquarters; （2）Local party headquarters and local governments were relatively independent of each other; （3）The power of local governments was bigger than that of local party headquarters.
