摘要
从理论上就理工科高校本科教育群体建立高素质创新人才培养质量评估体系进行思考,阐述了构建高素质创新型人才培养质量评估体系的必要性,人才培养质量评估的功能,构建评估体系的基本要求,评估体系的基本框架和指标项目的设计。
This thesis deals with theoretically the quality assessment system establishment in fostering creative qualified personnel in the education of undergraduate students. It specifies the dispensability of quality assessment system in fostering creative qualified personnel;the function of fostering quality evaluation on qualified personnel;the basic requirement for evaluation system establishment ; evaluation system frame and content plan.
