载脂蛋白AI与动脉粥样硬化治疗新进展

摘要 血中载脂蛋白AⅠ(ApoAⅠ)浓度与动脉粥样硬化的发生率呈负相关。ApoAⅠ是体内抗动脉粥样硬化的因素,是预测冠心病发病危险的指标之一。在意大利乡村的一些居民体内发现了ApoAⅠ Milano,这些人高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平极低,但却很少发生心血管病。从而在ApoAⅠ Milano对动脉粥样硬化的临床治疗方面进行了一系列研究。近期已研制出此类相关实验性药物:ECT-216,可以清除动脉粥样硬化斑块。这是第一次一种药物能显著地逆转动脉粥样硬化。本文就ApoAⅠ与动脉粥样硬化治疗新进展综述如下。
