摘要
笔者总结对18例血液透析出现经常性低血压患者进行透析间期的系统护理管理,包括:严格控制透析间期的体质量增长,给予正确的膳食、营养管理,教育患者学会低血压意外的预防和自救处理:提高了患者的遵医行为和自我防范意识,无1例发生低血压意外,取得了较好的临床效果,改善了患者的生活质量。
The authors summarized the systematic nursing management of regular hypotensives undergoing sustaining hemodialysis, including strictly controlling the addition of body constitution, conducting management of meals and nutritions, instructing them about the prevention and self-rescue at hypotensive accidents. As a result, the compliance to doctor＇s orders and the awareness of selfprotection were increased. No hypotensive accidents happened. The measures were so effective that the quality of life was improved.
