摘要
本试验表明,辣椒疫霉菌(Phytophthoracapsici)菌丝生长及孢子形成的最适温度为25℃;病原菌在燕麦、玉米粉培养基上生长最好,孢子囊形成多;病原菌入侵的最佳湿度大于90%;温度对该菌潜育期影响较大,潜育期最适温度25~35℃。室内药效测定表明,复配农药抑菌作用明显,单剂中代森锰锌,硫酸铜在较高浓度时抑菌作用显著。
The study showed that the pepper phytophthora blight in Gansu was caused by phytophthora capsici.The optimum temporature for the pathogen growth and sporangia formtion was25℃,oat meal agar and corn meal agar were suitable for the growth of the pathogen and the formation of sporangia.The optimum humidity for the pethogen invading was abore 90%.Temperature effect the incubetion period of the pethogen, the most suitable temporature was 25 to 35℃The study also showed that some mixed fungicides were more effective for the pothogen control.
