治安情报工作是整个公安情报工作的一个组成部分,为发挥其整体效能,我们必须做到:严密社会控制,获取基本信息;联系群众,服务群众,获得各种信息;扩大情报收集的领域,严密布网,消灭死角;运用现代化监控系统,把重点行业和部位控制起来;物色和培养一批专业情报分析人才;建立和健全情报共享网络,完善情报传递与管理的运作机制。
The intelligence work of peace order is a component of the whole intelligence work of public security. In order to give full play to integral efficiency, we must accomplish the following several points： tighten the society control and acquire intelligence, acquire intelligence through keeping in contact with the mass and serving for the mass, extend the fields of collecting intelligence through tightening close network and eliminating the dead angle, control the key positions and trades using the modernized monitoring system, look for and train a group of professional personnel of the intelligence analysis, set up and perfect the intelligence participatory network and perfect the operation mechanism of intelligence management.
