摘要
本试验通过对50年代至今宁夏灌区种植的春小麦地方品种、引进品种和育成品种的过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱的分析发现,不同品种在同一时期及同一品种在不同时期,不同器官的过氧化物酶同工酶带型及活性都有所不同;每一次在生产上取代前一品种并在产量及其它性状上有所突破的更换品种与原品种相比,过氧化物酶同工酶的带型及活性都有较大的差异。同时也发现,凡是强优势组合,其双亲的酶带差异也较大,斗地1号和宁春4号就是这样的。
By zymogram analysis of peroxidase isoenzyme of native breeds, introduced breeds and bred breeds of spring wheat have been planted in the irrigation area of Ningxia since 1950's, we find that the band type and activity of peroxidase isoenzyme of different organs are different between different breeds in same period and different periods with same breed Compared with the previous breed, every substiutional breed which replaced the preceding breed in production and made a breakthrough in yield and other traits has a relatively large difference in band type and activity of peroxidase isoenzyme. At the same time we also find that the parental zymobands of all strong dominant combinations are relatively large too, such as Doudi no. 1 and Ningchong no. 4.
