摘要
利用华北油田岔河集地区大量的PDC钻头实钻数据，对压差与PDC钻头钻速间的相关关系进行了统计分析。结果表明，随压差增大，PDC钻头钻速相应降低。与牙轮钻头相比，尽管PDC钻头钻速下降百分比较低，但由于PDC钻头钻速相当于牙轮钻头的2～4倍，因此，PDC钻头钻速下降的绝对值远大于牙轮钻头。
This paper introduce analyzing work about pressure difference effect PDC bit on penetration by statistica1 analysis of drilling data. Analysis result shows that penetration of PDC bit decreases with difference increase and its decrease value larger than one of cone bit,due to penetration of PDC bit are higher than one of cone bit by 2 to 3 times.
