摘要
将锆冻胶由双液法堵剂转变为单液法堵剂.研究了它的延迟成冻方法及其各种影响因素,其中包括酸浓度、温度、聚丙烯酰胺浓度、成胶液与交联液的配比、碳酸钙含量、粒度及表面性质等.研究结果表明,pH值控制法是锆冻胶延迟成冻的一种可取方法.模拟试验证实.这种延迟成冻堵剂可有效地封堵含碳酸钙的砂柱.
Zirconium gel as a water shutoff agent used in double fluid method can be transformed into that used in single fluid method. The method for delaying gelling was proposed. Some influencing factors on this method. including acid concentration. temperature, polyacrylamide concentration, volume ratio of polymer solution to crosslinking solution, as also the content, size and surface property of carbonate etc were studied. The simulation test result indicates that the method for delaying gelling controlled by pH value is a preferable method. The sand column containing carbonate can be plugged effectively by the delaying gelled water shutoff agent.
