介绍了２５０ＡＩＧＢＴ逆变式手弧、ＴＩＧ两用焊机主电路的工作原理及对ＩＧＢＴ工作状态的改善。
The paper introduces the operation principle and the improvement of IGBT working state of 250A IGBT hand arc and TIG inverter welder.The principle of high frequency pulsed arc striking circuit and the control program of the inverter TIG welder are also introduced.
