摘要
用CST仪测试页岩的水化分散性不但重现性差,而且聚合物的CST值和其抑制能力不一致。讨论了CST试验的测试次数的确定,及用回归系数m值来评价聚合物抑制性的不可靠性,并用方差分析说明了在聚合物中加氯化钾降低CST值评价其抑制性的方法是不可取的。认为增加实验次数,使用数据重现性较好、线性显著的回归方程才能正确评价页岩的水化分散性,寻找统计规律是解决CST试验存在问题的最终办法。
Poor reproduction exists in the determination of CST value, and the inhibition of polymers can not fits with their CST value. It is proposed that adjusting CST value by adding KC1 in the evaluation of polymer mud is not reliable. Increasing testing times and finding a better regression equation are the best methods to overcome this problem.
