摘要
2003年春河南孟州新出墓志,志主裴怀古为唐高宗、武则天时期著名将领,曾受命讨抚桂田及出使突厥。两《唐书》有传。史、志相较,不少记载可补史阙。墓志的出土为研究唐代前期和裴氏宗族的历史提供了重要资料。
The epitaph of Peihuaigu was excavated at Mengzhou city in Henan in 2003. Peihuaigu was the famous general during the periods of the Emperor Tang Gao and Wu Zetian. He ever warred in Guitian and was sent on a diplomatic mission to the Turkis. The epitaph offers us the important materials for researching the clan of Peihuaigu and early Tang history.
