摘要
首先研究了六偏磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、柠檬酸钠、酒石酸钾钠、酒石酸钠等5种钠盐分散剂对SiO2微粉的分散效果,从中优选出最佳的分散剂六偏磷酸钠。然后以六偏磷酸钠为分散剂,分别采用70%的特级焦宝石(A)、普通焦宝石(B)、三级高铝矾土熟料(C)、特级高铝矾土熟料(D)等4种原料作骨料,30%的三级高铝矾土熟料(分别与A、B、C3种骨料配合)或特级高铝矾土熟料(与D骨料配合)作细粉,外加5%的SiO2微粉研制了铝硅质低水泥浇注料,研究了原料对低水泥耐火浇注料性能的影响,并讨论了SiO2微粉在低水泥耐火浇注料中所起的作用(孔隙填充、结合剂、改善流动性和促进高温烧结)。试验结果表明,以烧结良好的特级高铝矾土熟料为原料试制的铝硅质低水泥浇注料,用水量最少,显气孔率最低,烧后线变化率(1500℃保温3h)最小,强度最高。
The dispersing effects of five dispersing agents including hexameta phosphate, trimeric sodium phos phate,sodium citrate, potassium sodium tartrate and sodium tartrate on microsilica were researched, and hexameta phosphate had the best dispersing effect in the test. The low-cement Al2O3 - SiO2 refractor castables were developed using 70% special grade slint clay(A),70% common slint clay(B) ,70% Grad, Ⅲ bauxite chamotte (C) or 70% special grade bauxite chamotte (D) as coarse respectively,30% Grad. Ⅲ bauxite chamotte powder (mixing with A, B and C respectively) or 30% special grade bauxite chamotte powder (mixing with D) as matrix,and adding 5% microsilica. The effects of these materials on properties of low-cement refractory castables were investigated, the actions of microsilica (filling holes, binding, improving fluidity and high-temperature sintering) in low-cement castables were discussed. The results shov that the low-cement castable prepared with well-sintered special grade bauxite chamotte has low water demand,low apparent porosity,low linear change and high strength.
