摘要 应用贝壳切片法鉴定背瘤丽蚌年龄。分析了背瘤丽蚌年龄、壳长、壳宽、壳高、体重和软体组织重之间的相互关系。结果显示:背瘤丽蚌壳长(L)、壳宽(W)、壳高(H)之间均呈线性关系,直线方程分别为:W=0.265 1L+7.222 7(R2=0.969 4),H=0.372 3L+4.746 6(R2=0.972 5),H=1.363 9W-4.401 8(R2=0.946 6);背瘤丽蚌的壳长、体重(Wb)、软体组织重(Wt)和壳重(Ws)之间呈明显的幂函数关系,方程分别为:Wb=0.000 7L2.638 2,Wt=0.000 1L2.558 8,Ws=0.000 6L2.651 4。背瘤丽蚌的壳长与年龄(A)呈对数关系,方程为:L=30.558 ln(A)+20.036(R2=0.993 9);壳年增长(△L)与年龄也呈对数关系,方程为:△L=-5.591 ln(A)+16.157(R2=0.882 8)。背瘤丽蚌自然种群中,最大年龄为17龄,最大壳长为101 mm。 The ages of Lamprotula leai from Poyang Lake were identified by using the method of thin section of shells through the inner growth rings. The relationships of age, shell length ( L), shell width ( W), shell hight ( H), body weight(Wb) and tissue weight(Wt) of L. leai were analyzed.The relationships between shell length, shell width and shell hight are linear correlated.H=0.3723 L+4.7466 (R^2=0.9725) W = 0. 265 1 L + 7. 222 7 ( R^2 = 0. 969 4 ) H=1. 363 9 W-4. 401 8 (R^2 =0.946 6). The relationships of body weight, tissue weight and shell weight all are power function correlated. The equations of regression respectively are : Wb = 0. 000 7 L^2.6382, Wt = 0. 000 1 L^2.5588, Ws = 0. 000 6 L^2.6514. The relationships between shell age and length, growth per year ( △L) are logistic function correlated. The equations of regression respectively are:L=30. 558 ln(A) +20. 036 (R^2 =0. 993 9) △L= -5.591 ln(A) +16. 157 (R^2 =0.882 8). Maximum shell length of L. leai, 101 millimeters,and the eldest individual, 17 years were found in the field population from Poyang Lake.
