摘要
讨论了不同水力结构及参数下水射流对模拟PDC钻头齿纵向清洗力的影响。通过对实验数据的多元统计分析,得出了各钻头齿受纵向清洗力随水力结构及喷速变化的关系式。结果表明,清洗力随喷达的增大而增大;要提高清洗力,应使喷嘴适当靠近并以一定的方位角和较大的倾角指向所清洗的刀翼。
The relationship of jet impacting force withbit hydraulic structure and jet velocity is discussed. The e-quations of impacting force changing with nozzle inclinationangle, azimuth, coede position and jet velocity have beengotten by multivariate statistic analysis. The result showsthat hydraulic structure has sighficant effection on bitteeth cleaning and impacting forces increase with jet veloci-ty and inclination angle decreases with nozzle position an-gle.
