摘要
以实际变形失效的模具为基础,借助有限元分析,研究了典型模具型腔壁面上的变形情况。研究表明,模具中反拔模斜度的形成,是由于合型力长期作用的结果。在模具设计中对这种变形的预留处理,可以避免早期的模具表面修磨,从而保护其表面的硬化层,提高模具寿命。
On the basis of analysis of the existing die failure induced by deformation, with the aid of FEM analysis, a typical deformation of die surface was studied. The studies showed that the reverse draft was caused by the effect of die locking force reiteratively in the long die casting processes. The consideration of this deformation in die designing could avoid the die surface early polishing, and the hard layer on the die surface was protected, and then the die life was improved.
