电建系统直流手工弧焊电源选型

摘要 本文通过电建系统焊工工况评价体系和作者多年从事焊机设计经验,对电建系统焊机选型进行了论证。通过对焊接性能、可靠性等技术经济指标对比后,提出了晶闸管逆变式高频引弧一体化焊机400ST型是电建系统优选机型。 By means of the estimation system of welder state in power constructing engineering, and welding power .source design experience in many years,this paper dernontrates model of welding power source In power constructing engineering. By comparing technical and economical indexes such as welding performance, reliability etc. It is proposed that SCR inverter welding power source 400ST with high frequence ignition function is good for power constructing engineering.
