摘要 在分析钻孔机钻进过程中功率消耗公式基础上,提出钻孔机智能控制的关键是转速和扭矩控制及将SPT图应用为控制依据的思想.分析了SPT图和钻孔机掘削能量消耗公式,推导出了适应岩层变化的基于SPT图的钻孔机转速-扭矩关系公式.提出了利用压差负反馈平衡阀简化钻孔机的垂直度控制思想,给出了基于SPT图的钻孔机智能控制系统流程图. Based on the analysis of the power consumption of a drill rig while digging, the idea is drawn out that the key point of the intelligent control of the drill rig is the control of torque-rotating speed and an SPT chart can be used for control dependence. Based on the SPT chart, which can match up to the change of earth, the Torque-rotating speed formula is drawn out by comparison with the power consumption formula of the drill rig. The result is a simplified method to control the verticality of the drill rig mast by the press-error inverse feedback balance valve. The flow chart of the intelligence based on SPT chart is given.
