摘要
本文提出了碱液浸提,活性碳吸附,大孔吸附树脂二次柱层析提取银杏叶黄酮的新工艺。该工艺总黄酮得率为1.41%,总黄酮含量达34.3%,萜内脂含量达7.6%。
This paper summarized preparative process of flavonoid from ginkgo bilobal by the way of alkalinity extraction and twice column chromatography. The results indicated as follows: the total rate of Flavones attained 1.41% , the content of flavones reached 34.3%, and the content of terponoidolide was 7.6%.
