摘要
安装挤出机时要严格遵守安装工艺及要求,安装完后要认真调试。保养和维修挤出机主轴系统时,要结合挤出机主轴、轴承、联轴器凸缘、螺旋绞刀等部件的特性进行特别保养和维修。挤出机的操作者应经过操作培训,具有一定的操作技能,同时还懂得机械构造原理,会保养和维修设备。
The extruder should be adjusted after installation according strictly to the process and demands. And the main shaft system should be maintained and repaired according as the characteristics of main shaft, bearing, clutch flange and screw auger and so on. The operator should be trained in operation, understand machinery constitution and can maintain and repair equipment.
